Howard W. Gutman shaking hands with president Obama ©sanderdewilde.com I did photograph US ambassador Gutman several times, and he always seemed to be one of the most motivated ambassadors ever seen. He even did visit all communities of Belgium, more than 500, just to show his genuine interest into his guest-country Belgium. Is it always the expressive extravert people who get accused of things happening in their personal life just because they are known and extravert ? I don't know why but I have sympathy for him, especially because he is so human. Have a look at the picture down here, yawning at the yearly Belgian Royal military parade. Yawning with both hands in his pockets. I don't see other ambassadors do that, but those Americans just do it, all though they know about a 100 photographers are at the other side of the parade ready with their tele lenses!
