Belgian cookies-bakery Lotus is already known in the USA for their Delta-cookies, also known as the airline-cookie. This Belgian cookie-factory turned the famous Belgian speculoos-cookies into a paste (argument for selling on the US market is using it instead of wellknown peanut-butter, to people allergic to peanuts.
